Chris Berry is the professor of film and television studies in the Department of Media and Communication at Goldsmiths, University of London.

Lu Xinyu is professor and director of the Broadcasting and Television Department of the Journalism School at Fudan University in Shanghai.

Lisa Rofel is professor of anthropology at the University of California, Santa Cruz.

1分鐘 外籍旅客入境就可用iTaiwan

（中央社記者陳政偉台北6日電）iTaiwan無線上網使用超過1億人次，國發會今天指出，過去外籍旅客使用iTaiwan，須入境後臨櫃排隊申辦，開通時間要20分鐘，現在大幅縮短至1分鐘內，踏上台灣就可上網。

國家發展委員會今天宣布，與教育部開通校園無線上網雙向漫遊服務，整合新北市政府(New Taipei)無線網路，也與交通部觀光局及移民署推出外籍旅客帳號申請線上開通等多項服務，大幅增加iTaiwan服務熱點。

國發會也指出，過去外籍旅客使用iTaiwan，須入境後臨櫃排隊申辦，現與交通部觀光局及內政部移民署合作，只要線上登記系統與入境通關查驗系統，簡化外籍旅客申請使用程序，開通時間由原本臨櫃辦理約需20分鐘，大幅縮短至1分鐘內。

國發會指出，過去各大專院校雖有提供校內無線上網服務，但無法與iTaiwan進行跨校漫遊，民眾須申請多個帳號的困擾，學生須各自註冊不同帳號使用，民眾也不能用iTaiwan帳號使用校園無線網路。

國發會與教育部合作推動iTaiwan與台灣學術網路(TANet)跨校無線網路雙向漫遊服務，即日起民眾可用iTaiwan帳號，在全國13所大學院校校園內超過8000處無線上網地點漫遊，學校師生也可使用學校註冊帳號在iTaiwan熱點上網。

為整合政府資源及提升整體服務品質，台北市政府已經在3月宣布將與iTaiwan服務整合，新北市政府將在9月起加入iTaiwan行列，藉由中央與地方資源共享，之後，iTaiwan帳號可上網地點由7000處大幅增加至2萬3000處。1040806
